Well, I’m happy to say that after having been in business for ourselves for a year, we were able to purchase a house of our own! We were told by the bank when we first opened our business that it would be two years before we would be able to get financing for a house. Luckily the business has been going pretty good and we have an excellent credit score. We decided to apply for a loan just to see what happened and low and behold we were able to get a loan! So we went house hunting and found one that we like pretty well. The house is brand new and around 2500 square feet counting an unfinished basement. We wanted an unfinished basement so we could add a bunch of features; for example we can run network cable through out the house, add the plumbing for central vac, and run a gas line to the back of the house for the BBQ. Our first priority will be to get the grass planted and the yard fenced so Talon can play in the back yard. After about a month we are finally starting to get settled in.
