Weight loss plan

I’ve been to the doctor several times in the last few months.  I have extremely high blood pressure and it was under control with a medication I was taking.  After about being on this medication for about a year, my feet and legs started to swell.  Sometimes this is an indication that you have had a heart attack, but it my case it was a reaction to my medication. After a couple of months and a bunch of different medications later, we finally found a combination that seems to work. Any way Stacia and I decided we would try a weight loss plan that my doctor supervises.  Since I have high blood pressure, my insurance will cover the costs minus the co-pay. We just started a couple of days ago and so far it doesn’t seem to bad.  It will definitely mean a change in what I eat and when I eat, but I need to take drastic measures and get rid of this 100 extra pounds of fat that I’m carrying around. They say that it take about three weeks to break a habit or create a habit.  So, I’m hoping that after a few weeks this will become a habit and I can start loosing some of the weight. I’m also hoping that I can get of most if not all of the high blood pressure medications.
