Looks like Rusty is coming to Boise area this week. We’ll see if he comes over on Thursday or Friday. The reason I’m curious is that he came to one of the game nights about a year or so ago and was apparently holding a grudge against Alan because he doesn’t ever contact him. I’m not quite sure what was stopping Rusty from contacting Alan. I never got the impression that they were very close, so it seems a bit strange to me. Anyway, Rusty has been invited to come over either day, we will see which he picks.
Really hasn’t been much else going on. Between 3D printing, game nights, Ward Mission Leader calling and Doom scrolling, I keep reasonably not busy. Once we get Talon off on his mission, I will have to break down and look into finding emploment.
Jeff had court yesterday on his Involuntary Manslaughter charge. It sounds like the lawyer they retained was quite the scumbag and they finally broke down and fired him and got new representation. The new attorneys sound like a world of difference. One thing that I thought was interesting is that Jeff and Gen haven’t even seen the police report on which he was charged and arrested. You would think that would be a requirement for charging someone. Unless he is found innocent, I think they will still have to worry about a civil lawsuit too. Jeff and I don’t see eye to eye on a lot of things, but we have been praying for him. This would be something very difficult to go through!
