Stacia, Talon and I decided to make a trip up to Garden Valley to see Roscoe and Jeanine. The night before was a rough night for Stacia and I. We were both tired, but got up and Stacia made taco meat along with all the fixin’s. We headed up to their house and stopped at Winco to get some Taco shells. We made pretty good time up there and once we got there we helped Roscoe bring in a bunch of firewood. Talon got to see his favorite cat again and pet it for quite a while. We spent quite a bit of time trying to convince Jeanine that Stacia really was here daughter. We also got a bin full of pictures that we will get scanned and upload them to my server, we will then send the link to Stacia’s siblings and see if any of them want any of the originals. We ate our tacos and then Talon and I had a long talk about family and careers. Talon thinks that it is more important that he be capable and start a good career and I contend that finding a good girl and starting a family if more important and that the career will work out with a good partner. Hopefully the discussion helped. The trip home was pretty uneventful other than passing a cop going the other way and thinking briefly that he was going to pull us over. Roscoe did mention that it was a good day and that he appreciated the visit!
