Ran out of my high blood pressure medicine and went to the doctor for my “annual” check up. Mostly just talked to the physicians assistant and then the doctor and now I have to fast and go give blood and pee so they can see if I’m going to die already! After the doctor visit, Stacia and I went to WinCo and then called Talon and had him meet us at Molinar Park where we walked and then went home. I also made a loaf of banana bread. Hopefully it will be good!
